Visitor Page is a customisable space where Eventival clients handle communication with their filmmakers and guests, film industry, volunteers, reviewers and pass holders. Rather than replying to thousands of individual emails, festivals set up everything they need to know or tell there, and then either gather or spread the information through it. Originally serving only to gather film submissions and sell accreditations, 75% of all festival communication goes through the Visitor Pages these days, saving festival staff a lot of precious time.

Eventival was originally supposed to be a simple application helping smaller festivals deal with basic logistical hassles, existing alongside a system already serving very large festivals. However, once even the large festivals began to migrate to Eventival, we accepted the challenge and eventually created the most feature-rich festival tool in the market.
