Early in its history, as a result of various team members moving from one festival to another, a well-established theatre festival became aware of Eventival. Together, we began exploring the possibility of expanding into the world of theatre and live performances, but as Eventival kept growing fast in the direction of audiovisual events, the collaboration faded away.

Three years ago, the same thing happened again: someone who knew and used Eventival at a busy and prestigious film festival moved to a theatre festival, realized that the needs and struggles were almost the same, and reached out to us, hoping that Eventival might be the answer.

And indeed, it was.

Today, we are happy to be working with Nová Síť, a service organization supporting performing arts and open culture, the theatre festivals Malá inventura and REGIONY, organized by the Klicperovo divadlo, Divadlo Drak and a cultural non-profit organization kontrapunkt, and the Prague Quadrennial, the largest international event covering scenography, performance design and performance space.

They all use Eventival to handle submissions, event invitations, hospitality and logistics, and we are gradually adding and refining features to make Eventival as useful to them as it already is for the festivals of cinema.
