At first glance, book fairs and literary festivals may seem very different from film festivals. In practice, however, they bring together many of the same elements: creators, publishers, industry professionals, audiences, media and a busy programme of talks, readings, workshops and networking events.

Eventival helps organize these activities in one connected environment. From managing authors, publishers and participants to coordinating invitations, hospitality, schedules and communication, it provides a shared source of information for everyone involved.

Our first collaboration in the literary world began with Svět knihy Praha (Book World Prague), one of Central Europe’s leading international book fairs. As with many of Eventival’s expansions, it started with an organization recognizing that the challenges it faced were remarkably similar to those already being solved elsewhere in the creative industries.
