The organizers' public websites can automatically publish selected information directly from the database. Eventival Account allows users to maintain their own profile across multiple organizations and events, reducing repetitive registration while creating continuity between festivals and the people who attend them.

Because every part of the platform is connected, information flows naturally instead of being copied between systems. A submitted film can appear in the selection process, become part of the official programme, be scheduled for screenings, published on the website, included in catalogues, connected with guest travel and accommodation, and archived for future editions, all without being entered again.
